Samantha is 10 and is growing more beautiful all the time. She keeps getting taller and more mature. I love having conversations with her. She gets very passionate in her speech! She loves to talk about books that she is reading, sharing with me all the details of the characters. Besides reading, she loves soccer. She can talk about soccer all day long. During the summer she attended a week-long soccer camp where she honed her skills. She’s looking forward to soccer season in the fall.
Samantha is so good with babies. All the little ones just adore her. She’s also becoming quite the baker. She’s always trying new recipes. She especially loves to make desserts to serve us at tea time. Ah..tea time. Every so often we get a handwritten invitation to tea. She sets the table with the special china and serves us a yummy dessert and tea.
Samantha is looking forward to turning 10. She gets her own military ID card and can then go shopping without me. LOL You see, the commissary is just 3 blocks away and she WANTS to run errands for me to pick up things from the store. What a sweetie!
She is quite the little lady now. Such a pretty girl!
